Privacy Policy

LaunchCheck is a SaaS toolkit for developers preparing App Store launch materials. Our tools include: App Store Cover Generator, iOS App Icon Generator, Privacy Policy Generator, Localization Files, Localization Validator, and Checklist.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account/auth information: when you sign in via a third-party provider (e.g., Google OAuth), we receive and store your account identifier and email.
• User-provided project data: app name, language, and support email you enter when creating an app project.
• Checklist data: completion state and related metadata you save to our servers.
• Policy generator content: privacy policy text you generate or edit, plus publication status and any published URL.
• Usage Data & Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track specific interactions such as downloading covers/icons, generating policies, or completing checklists. We do NOT collect your input content (e.g., image files, custom text keys) as analytics parameters.

• Provide and operate the Service, including account access and project management.
• Save and retrieve your project data, checklist status, and generated policy content.
• Improve the Service by understanding aggregated usage trends (via GA4).
• Respond to support requests and communicate about your account or the Service.

We prioritize your privacy by processing sensitive assets directly in your browser whenever possible. The following tools run locally on your device, and the files/images you create are not uploaded to our servers:

• App Store Cover Generator (Images are processed locally)
• iOS App Icon Generator (Zipping happens in browser)
• Localization Files & Validator (JSON/Strings files are parsed locally)

We only store data on our servers for features that require persistence, specifically the Privacy Policy Generator (to host your policy) and the Checklist (to save your progress across devices).

We use cookies and local storage to help provide and secure the Service.

• Essential Cookies: To maintain your login session securely.
• Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how users use the site.
• Local Storage: We may use browser local storage to save your temporary preferences or draft data before you save it to the server.

We share information only as needed to provide the Service:

• Authentication providers (e.g., Google) to verify your identity.
• Analytics provider (GA4) for aggregated usage analytics.
• Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting and database services) necessary to run the Service and store your saved data.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not enable Google Signals or cross-site ad tracking features in our analytics configuration.

We retain account and project data while your account is active. You may request deletion; otherwise we retain data for a reasonable period to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Access, correct, delete, or export your data by contacting us.
• Withdraw consent or stop using the Service at any time.
• Opt out of GA4 analytics using browser settings, privacy extensions, or general opt-out tools provided by your browser or device.

LaunchCheck is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
