Terms of Service

By accessing or using LaunchCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

LaunchCheck provides tools to help developers prepare materials for submitting iOS apps to the Apple App Store, including (but not limited to) an App Icon Generator, App Store Cover Generator, Privacy Policy Generator, localization tools, and an App Store review checklist.

While we strive to keep the Service accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the tools or outputs will always reflect the latest Apple App Store requirements.

You access the Service using third-party authentication providers (such as Google OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

LaunchCheck is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Your ownership. You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the content, assets, and data you submit to or generate using the Service.

License to us. You grant LaunchCheck a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes related to your own apps.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or offer the Service as a competing product.
• You may not scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service.
• You may not use automated scripts to abuse, overload, or attack the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” LaunchCheck does not guarantee that your App Store submission will be approved.

IMPORTANT: Any templates or generated documents (including Privacy Policies) are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. LaunchCheck is not a law firm. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs with qualified legal counsel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

LaunchCheck is operated by an independent individual developer based in Mainland China.
